FALL FITNESS

TESTING

In the month of October in Physical Education, we will be starting our fall fitness testing. The students will be doing four different tests, that test upper body strength, abdominal strength, flexibility, and endurance. The students will receive a fitness report sent home with them in their December report card.

Fitness Testing

Fitness testing is administered twice a year for student’s grades 1-6. Fall testing will be sent home with the first report card and spring scores will be sent home with your child’s final report card. These scores are not part of a student’s grade in physical education. We hope that students will use this information they gain from the test to maintain and improve their fitness levels.

Please help your child remember to bring tennis shoes on Phy. Ed. Days. If you would like to leave a pair of tennis shoes in your child’s locker that would be great.
