We are excited about welcoming your kindergarten student to ISD 279 - Osseo Area Schools and promise to love, nurture and care for your child in his/her first year as a public school student. Our kindergarten program is designed to help stimulate a good self-concept and independence by building on childhood experiences. Kindergarten will provide opportunities to promote academic, social and emotional development; inspire language development; and expand physical and mental growth.

You are your child’s first and most important teacher and we look forward to working in partnership with you as we inspire your child to wonder, discover, create, and grow. We are committed to creating an environment where all children feel a sense of belonging.
