Resources for Parents
Early in the fall of the year, parents have the opportunity to come to the school to learn about the testing process, Needs Based Classes, Cluster Based Services and other Gifted Education services. This parent meeting will include an overview of Gifted Education programming, the screening process and ways in which differentiation is impacting instruction to meet a range needs in many classrooms. The Gifted Education teacher at each site will schedule this meeting. Communication will be available at the fall open house, the Wednesday envelope, the school newsletter and on the school website.
