Employee Access Center (EAC) is a secure online system that provides you access to certain Human Resources/Payroll information.

EAC takes your employment data directly from the district's Human Resources/Payroll system and displays the information in a user-friendly format for you to view online anywhere, anytime via a secure website.

In EAC, you can:

  • update your general demographic information, including your name, address and telephone number
  • view and print payroll checks issued to you
  • view direct deposit information
  • update your federal and state tax withholding information
  • view and print your W-2 form
  • view non-payroll business expense reimbursements, e.g., mileage
  • view the licenses and certifications you hold and have recorded in Human Resources

EAC provides instant, anywhere access to current and past payroll data. Data created prior to July 2018 can be found in the previous employee information system, myView.

How does EAC work?

You can log onto the EAC anytime from any computer with internet access using a password that you create. After you log in, choose from a menu of options: Pay, Tax and Bank Info, Expense, Info, Leave or Licensure. Depending on the option you choose, EAC will display your up-to-date information. Within each category, you will be able to drill down on some items to obtain additional detailed information.

Can I print a copy of my paycheck stub from EAC?

Yes. You can print a copy of your paycheck stub and view it onscreen. In fact, you can print a copy of any information EAC displays.
